Fucking CTA...

Some of the craziest shit I've seen in my life has occurred on the CTA—everything from an armed robbery to a man being attacked with a corded telephone.

as a married man all I can think is "there is no way I could get my wife to do that."

I wonder if the MTA is any better/worse.

To hell with the train, I couldn't get my wife to do that in the dark at home.

I hope she doesn't clench her teeth when she gets scared...

Exactly... it still puzzles me. This 40-50 year old woman pulled it out of her cart and began beating her boyfriend/husband with it. He then kicked her in the knee, she fell and got a bloody nose, and she went off running at the next stop. There were only a few of us on the train at the time and we all got off, too. Didn't want to face any second-hand aggression from the dude.
For any locals, this was on the Blue Line at 5:30am at Clark and Lake.
